  • Publish your scheduled or direct posts to the connected platforms (e.g., posting videos to TikTok).
  • Display your connected accounts in your dashboard.

Note: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We strictly protect your Google user data. We do not share, transfer, sell, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing the MultiPostAll core functionality (e.g., securely publishing videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf).

Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

We implement robust security measures to protect your sensitive data. All Google user data, including OAuth access tokens, is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS/TLS protocols and encrypted at rest within our secure database infrastructure. We never store your Google account passwords. Access to sensitive tokens is strictly limited to the automated systems necessary for delivering our publishing service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Google user data (such as OAuth tokens) only for as long as your MultiPostAll account is active and you maintain the connection to your YouTube channel. This is strictly to allow seamless video publishing on your behalf.

You have the right to delete your data at any time. You can disconnect your Google account directly within the MultiPostAll dashboard, or revoke our app's access via your Google Account Security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). If you choose to delete your MultiPostAll account, all associated Google user data and authentication tokens will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database. You can also request manual data deletion by contacting us directly.
